How We Monitor and Evaluate Impact

We are relentless in our pursuit of greater impact. We begin the work of measuring outcomes with developing a robust theory of change for every project. Theory of Change analysis helps us to define our goals. We then work backwards to understand the necessary preconditions for the goal to be achieved. We then break down the project process to help us to understand the steps necessary to create the change. Using the categories of outputs, outcomes and impact, we identify which kinds of information we need to collect in order to understand the genuine effect of our interventions. We routinely monitor all components of our program to ensure high quality of program delivery. We collect baseline and end-line surveys to measure program impact based on key performance indicators.  This is done by our internal monitoring and Evaluation team. In addition, Robust, independent third party evaluators are invited through consultancy to evaluate our programs.
